For those who still don't boulder regularly, do some research and discover that bouldering is an excellent way to improve your climbing.

Getting to Monk Amsterdam is a lot easier than you think. There's a FREE ferry that leaves from behind CS and the GYM is 5min by bike from the ferry. The ferry leaves every 10minutes or so.
